Hamlin Dental Center and its doctors participate with United Concordia PPO plan. In addition to the listed insurance plan we are more than happy to assist you in filing your claims with any non-participating insurance plans. For those patients with non-participating insurance plans, we do ask for payment at the time of treatment. Your insurance company will send any payment directly to you.
Hamlin Dental Center is pleased to offer Care Credit interest free payment plans and we accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
