I'm always appreciative when I receive a call back from medical and/or dental professionals concerning an unexpected issue; however, it's rare to expect a call back if the office is closed for the week, due to well deserved vacation time. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back promptly from office staff, that evaluated my concern and made an appointment for the first day back in the office. It speaks highly of the professionalism that one can expect at Hamlin Dental Center.

Everyone is so friendly the Dentist is great very nice they use lasers to numb you no needles I was so scared of the dentist in the past and not anymore love this place

Excellent place to get your teeth cleaned and any other work needed! They treat my special-needs daughter so nicely and the whole family has been satisfied over the years with their services.

Dr Kopesky and his team are very professional, caring and highly efficient. For the first time in my life, I was in /out of a dental office in less than 15 minutes…amazing! Dr Kopesky quickly addressed my dental issue, repairing a damaged tooth, while explaining his process every step of the way. He and his team are highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The entire staff was very caring and made you feel at ease. Dr Kopesky made me feel like I was his only patient and explained every detail of the visit. Took over 60 years but I have finally found a dentist that truly cares about his patients. I would give you 6 stars if I could! Just had my final visit for the work I had completed. If anyone has any apprehension about visiting the dentist please you owe it to yourself to go visit DR. Kopesky and his entire staff. They will calm any nervousness and get you smiling again! Professional staff who always make me feel like I'm their only patient!

I had a new patient appointment for the end of the month and called three weeks early to see if he could help me with an emergency. The receptionist took my call and advocated for me. They got me in within 48 hours and I've already had major work done. The whole office is filled with wonderful people. They make you feel at ease, explain everything and go above and beyond to make you comfortable.

Enjoyed my visit. Dr.Kopesky and Hope took their time with me and explained everything. They showed me my x-rays and explained, in detail, what was going on with my teeth. Did a great oral exam for cancer. All the staff was very friendly, professional and most important kind. I highly recommend using this dentist office for your care.
